The importance of physical exercise cannot be overemphasized. Sadly, too many adults and children do not get the daily exercise they need in order to maintain good health.

Too many of us are leading sedentary lives….sitting in front of a TV or computer for long hours at a time…..seldom venturing out into the fresh air and sunshine, or getting any exercise at all.

A sedentary existence leads to poor health for children and adults alike!

The list of health problems caused by lack of exercise is long and frightening. Here are just a few of the problems and serious health conditions brought on by lack of exercise ands resulting obesity:

As a parent, you naturally want only the best for your children, and one of the best things you can provide for your children is a solid foundation of good health practices.

Teaching your kids the value of daily fresh air and exercise is one of the greatest gift’s you can give them.

One of the ways to do this is to get a double jogging stroller, load the kiddies up, and get outdoors!

Children are little copycats by nature, so when they see you make a conscious effort to include healthy exercise into part of your everyday, normal routine, they will almost certainly do the same.

By getting them outside with you while you get your exercise with a double jogging stroller, they will gradually become accustomed to the idea that daily exercise is an integral part of life.

It will seem normal and natural to them, just the same as brushing their hair or teeth.

The benefits to your kids of being taught to make exercise a part of their everyday lives are numerous and more valuable than gold!

By instilling a habit of daily physical exercise into your kids, you are paving the way to good health for them all the days of their lives!

It would be difficult to find a better way of teaching them the value and pleasure of regular exercise than a double jogging stroller. Besides being wonderful exercise for you, it gets the kids out into the fresh air while they observe you engaging in healthy physical activity.

This is also a good time to get your children out of the stroller at some point along your route, age permitting, and have them do some simple
“kiddie” exercises.
