1 Star Careful
If this is the 11-AR800 model number…be careful. It does not have a parent or child tray. It has a mesh bag parent console and a child bar. I called instep and was told they had to change the design so the pictures and descriptions on the internet are wrong. Also we tried to adjust the straps for my 2 year old and ended up breaking the back. I returned this stroller and I am now shopping again. If you don’t care about the parent and child trays and can adjust the back easier than we could the stroller actually rides pretty fair although I only used it for about 10 minutes. The seat backs are too short for my 2 year old though. My advice…be careful. Make sure you are getting what you want.

1 Star Missing pieces, not as advertised.
The box said that there is a hand break and there is not. Had the stroller and not even two weeks later the front wheel would hardly turn and it would get stuck. Turns out it was missing a washer which wasn’t in the box so we went and got one and it still didn’t fix the problem. It is a poor design using bushings for the swivel front wheel and also poor design of front wheel bearings. Also if you put a drink in the drink holder and you have the bug netting set up it will pull it off, the bug netting doesn’t stay on well. The wheels are not quick release and you can only put 5 pounds in the bottom tray. We returned the product and are looking for something else.
