If you are shopping around for a double jogging stroller, you might wonder which of the most common available features are most desirable.
Basically, this depends to a large extent on your personal needs and preferences.
If you are a dedicated jogger who routinely gets out there on long distance endurance runs over all kinds of terrain, then your needs will be much different than someone who only wants to take the occasional slow recreational jog to the end of the block and back.

When many people think of a double jogging stroller, they automatically think that it is made for parents with twins. In some cases, this is true. However, double jogging strollers are intended to be used for two children that are reasonably close to the same age.
Since research tells us that over 75% of parents have their second child within two years of the birth of the first one—many families will contain two children near the same age.
So, a double jogging stroller will enable you to take both of your children out with you in one stroller.
A double jogging stroller with two front wheels is probably the best choice for children of significantly different size and weight. This type of jogging stroller normally has more of a heavy duty suspension and shock absorber system than a single wheel model, affording a safer, more comfortable ride for your little passengers.
A jogging stroller with two front wheels will be the best choice for you if you plan to use it mainly for recreational or shopping activities.
Regardless of which double jogging stroller you choose, remember that the main feature to consider is safety!
